Necessity and Issuing

A Building Permit is not a simple bureaucracy procedure. Issuing it requires full studies, approvals, statements and payments. Issuing can take from 3 months to several years. Depending on factors like plot location and approvals required.
Duration
Once issued, the permit is valid for 4 years. During this time, you must complete the load-bearing structure and walls. After that, the permit has an infinite duration.
